Once a week, we offer an evening menu on our panoramic terrace and in our Vista Paraiso pavilion (pre-booked), freshly prepared exclusively for our guests by our chef Alexander Schell using selected ingredients and Canarian influences.

Culinary Creativity and Quiet Moments of Enjoyment: Evening Menus at the Jardin de la Paz

The philosophy of Resort Jardin de la Paz includes our wish for our guests to experience peace, relaxation, and inspiration. Personalised addressing, attention to details, and helping you create a truly beautiful holiday memory are important to us. Our hotel restaurant, which is exclusively available to our in-house guests, completes our offer for a successful vacation. Our head chef Alexander Schell creates weekly menus that combine creativity and seasonality. The ingredients are carefully selected; among our suppliers is, for example, a bio finca from La Orotava, from which we receive exceptional fruits and vegetables. Typically, three courses, with a Spanish greeting from the kitchen in advance, which you can enjoy in our “Pavilion Vista Paraíso.” The restaurant’s name comes from the exceptionally beautiful view you have from there of the wide sea. Depending on the temperature, we set the tables for you either on our sea-view terrace or inside at one of the tables directly by the large panoramic windows. For a starter, for example, grilled watermelon with shrimp and a light lemon dressing; for the main course, a typically Spanish Presa Ibérica with rosemary jus on sweet potato purée with purple cauliflower from the bio finca, or Corvina fish on black rice with green asparagus and braised tomatoes; and for dessert, tonka bean mousse with raspberry droplets or a reinterpretation of the Merienda Canaria. All menus are lovingly tailored to your quiet, indulgent time away and convey the feeling of a relaxing, upscale vacation experience.
