• Booking correspondence including the creation of the invoices

• Communication with tour operators and online portals

• Personal greeting of guests at check-in and check-out

• Individual care of the guests on site

• Customer relationship management: elaboration of mailings, individual offers, etc.

• General Office work

• Serving drinks and egg dishes in the breakfast service

• Serving food and drinks with the evening menu
